Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is s result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
Once your return is finalised, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks. However, in many cases you will receive a refund earlier than four weeks.
The estimated time for us to receive your return from the relevant shipping company is 5 to 10working days. Once we have received your return it may take 3 to 5 working days to process it. Please allow 5 to 10 days to see our refund on your bank statement.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the ‘Complete Orders’ link under the My Account menu and click on Return Item(s) button.
